Qualification: Graduate / MBA / PGDM
Experience: 3 to 5 Years
Area of Operation: Sales and Marketing
Preferred Industry: Ice-Cream / Beverage / Frozen Food / FMCG

Role & Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly targets for the distributors in the area
- Keep a check on the service efficiency of the distributor to the stockist- regarding claim settlement, damage, replacement etc
- Appointment of stockist
- Deliver sales target by executing the distribution strategy at the channel partner level
- Ensure quality of acquisition through the distribution channel
- Execute promotional activities for channel partners to drive sales and build market credibility
- Finding new retail partners for product sales
- Coordinating with distributor for retail sales & deep freezer issues
- Preparation throughput report & damages claims of retailers & distributor
- To achieve primary and secondary sales target
- Maintaining close rapport with the distributors / whole sellers /major A Class outlet to ensure continuous business growth
- Launch of new products in the market
- Billing Plan to be sent on monthly basis
- Reporting Stockist target
- Physical Stock verification at distributor
- Verification of stockist bills
