Location: Bangalore/Pune/Mangalore
Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality web applications using Python and the Django framework.
- Lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure project goals are met.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and maintainability.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues and bugs in existing applications.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for projects, APIs, and processes.
Skills:
- 3-5 years of professional experience in Python Django web development.
- Strong proficiency in Python and Django framework.
- Knowledge of database systems, including SQL and ORM libraries.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Experience in leading or managing a team of developers.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
