So, ask us about some of our recent pledges for Women's Equality and being a 'Disability Confident' and 'Inclusive Employer. /span /p p strong span Job Description /span /strong /p p strong Roles & Responsibilities /strong /p ul li span Full ownership and leadership of proposal development, strategy, and delivery for pursuits of $1 million or more, or deemed strategic. /span /li li span Work with the wider pursuit team to add project capture plan, benefits, solutions, and proof into the proposal, and deliver proposals on time that are compliant, clear, and compelling. /span /li li span Ensures pursuits are accurately tracked through CRM/BWS system. /span /li li span FollowAtkinsRalis proposal development process and use consistent set of tools. /span /li li span Plan, schedule, budget, outline, storyboard, develop text, for proposals, manage proposal production. /span /li li span Identify appropriate authors, section and volume leaders, subject matter experts (SMEs) and other support personnel to successfully develop a proposal. /span /li li span Coordinate communication between the team developing the proposal content. /span /li li span Develop graphical content (organization charts, info graphics, photographs) with project team and graphics specialists. /span /li li span Lead teams through strategic reviews (pink, red, green, and gold). /span /li li span Provides high impact, compelling writing on sections of the proposal and customizes projects. /span /li li span Perform research and interview staff to help write/translate complex concepts into a narrative that can be understood by non-technical readers. /span /li li span Enhances resumes and other text to be tailored to the client/pursuit objectives. /span /li li span Identify weaknesses in a document and creative ways to improve. /span /li li span Perform edit on near-final draft. /span /li li span Coordinate proposal information with any subconsultants. /span /li li span Lead internal lessons learned debrief. /span /li li span Attend and ensure project manager conduct a client debrief and capture information. /span /li li span Produce, package, and track the proposal for delivery, ensuring that the proposal submission deadlines are always achieved. /span /li li span Lead development of necessary presentations for proposals. /span /li li span Ensure the proposal closeout process is complete. /span /li li span Function as capture manager to device compelling win themes and strategy sessions. /span /li li span Supports work-sharing to balance workloads. /span /li li span Lead a group initiative focused on improving proposal management practices /span /li li span Mentor assigned pursuit staff, including technical staff, proposal coordinators, and content specialists, by advising on and reviewing proposal management plans, schedules, outlines, compliance, matrices and storyboards, proposal process, strategy. /span /li /ul p strong span Why work for AtkinsRalis /span /strong /p p span We at AtkinsRalis are committed to developing its people both personally and professionally.
