What you’ll do
Role purpose: IT Application Development, to work on the development of IT applications, both desktop and mobile, primarily for internal use within the company. The solutions developed will mainly cater to the HR, Health & Safety, Physical Security, Digital Security, and Privacy departments.
- Participation in IT implementation projects, with one or more of the following responsibilities: demand manager, project manager, product owner, scrum master, process design and redesign, business case definition, translation of functional requirements into technical language and vice versa, user training, data and functionality testing, user interface and user experience definition
- The resource will be involved in managing the demand pipeline from the business units, aligning IT investments with strategic goals, and ensuring effective delivery of IT solutions, both on-premise and on the cloud.
- Additionally, the resources will be involved in high-tech projects for managing obsolescence of IT systems at the database and operating system level, requiring upgrades or migrations to other technical solutions, both on-premise and on the cloud.
Who you are
- Knowledge and experience in IT Demand Management and Project Management, both Traditional and Agile
- Knowledge of system architecture, client-server architectures, and relational databases concepts
- Knowledge of DEVOPS methodology and hands-on experience with DevSecOps tools
- Experience and ability to work towards goals, time management skills, ability to handle multiple activities concurrently, ability to meet deadlines and manage urgencies and changing priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team, willingness to share experiences within the team, and ability to support other team members during peak activities
Must have Skills:
- Proficiency in English and Italian and ability to interact with colleagues of different nationalities
- Advanced use of Excel and PowerPoint
- Previous experience in coordinating external resources, both on-site and offshore would be considered a plus
- Previous experience in IT or consulting companies, preferably in the role of system integrator or business analyst would be considered a plus
