Job Location – Marol (candidates staying nearby to location is preferred)

Key Responsibilities –

• Handling Accounts & Taxation compliances of ALL entities

• Handling Accounts & Taxation compliances at ALL projects

• Verification day to day finance matters

• Interacting with bankers for loan proposal of company and directors

• Responsible for All Tax Compliance at Projects (Including GST, ROC, PF, ESIC & Labour

Compliances)

• Preparation of Consolidated Balance Sheet & Profit & Loss of all projects

• Preparation of various MIS including project wise as well as consolidated profitability

statement

• Preparation of Annual Report, Finalization of Accounts

• Co-ordinating with Statutory, Internal & VAT(GST) Auditor.

• Co-ordination with various Consultants (Like PF, ESIC& Labour Laws)

• Preparing 3CD report & Assist to Income Tax Auditor

• Online TDS filing and correction of TDS return

• Calculation & Filing of GST Return

• Filing Income Tax return of Companies and director of Company.

• Filing of Annual ROC Returns & Responsible for ROC Compliances

• Handling Scrutiny cases pending with Income Tax

• Handling Assessment Pending cases pending with Sales Tax

• Filing Profession Tax Return & Obtaining registration too

• Handling Sales Tax Assessments

Maintaining & Finalisation of Books of Accounts

• Professional Tax Compliance

• Service Tax Compliance

• Sales Tax Compliance

Working on Financial planning of the company

Skills Required

• Good knowledge of financial concepts
• Well versed with advanced excel

Education/Qualification – BMS/BBA/MBA in Finance

Knowledge – well versed with balance sheet, financial management, financial reports, various MIS reports

Experience: 3-5 years’ work experience (Stability in profile is must), Real Estate Industry Experience is preferred

Salary: 25000 to 35,000 CTC
