Education Qualifications
Graduate from a recognized university specializing in finance/ accounts. A postgraduate degree such as MBA (Finance) or Masters in Commerce is not necessary but will be an additional advantage
12-15 years comparable work experience as IR lead in a publicly listed company or as a business analyst covering IT space. Should have well established relationship with Analyst community covering IT space
Industry experience in IT/ITeS and/or pre IPO experience will be preferred
For candidates from industry, listed company experience is mandatory
Strong excel, presentation skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills

Ability to build relationships with external stakeholders
Ability to work in cross functional setting
Ability to interact with senior leadership
Maturity to handle interactions with press and analysts
