Purpose of the Role
The role is to provide and coordinate high-quality administrative support to the leadership. The incumbent will be responsible to manage one or more leaders at a time.
Principal Responsibilities
- Managing CxO level calendars, plan and schedule meetings, conferences and other daily routine administrative & secretarial duties
- Be the foremost point of contact for external and internal stakeholders
- Liaise with other EA’s across the organization as well as external clients screening calls for appointments & meetings
- Arrange travel, accommodation, forex, visa processing and other associated paperwork
- Exercise high degree of discretion and confidentiality at managing privileged and sensitive information
Education and Experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Time-management skills
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Sound working knowledge of computer software and programs, such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite
- Any Graduate / Post graduate
