Job summary We are looking for fun loving and passionate Customer Service Executive/ Manager who has attention to detail, a sense of ownership, and a passion for delivering results in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Principal responsibilities
- Relationship management skills and open to feedback.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Help and guide customers to best fit them with the suitable Product.
- Present, promote and Sell/ Cross Sell products/services using in-depth product knowledge.
- Highly motivated and target driven.
Job requirements
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in relationship management, customer service.
- Interaction over phone / emails is a must.
- Should have good MS office expertise and understanding of mobile application usage
- Good understanding of Banking products (Credit Cards) is an added advantage
- Fluency in English is a mandatory requirement. Regional language would be an advantage.
