Designation: Ad Operations Executive

Role Requirement:

Responsibilities:

• Advertising campaign execution and management are the core responsibilities of this position.
• An analytical mind and should be good with numbers.
• He/She will review and enter contract information into systems, obtain creative materials, and coordinate the scheduling and launching of advertising campaigns.
• This individual will work on post-campaign reports/screenshots on a daily basis and will be monitoring the advertiser campaigns which are running on Google Ad Manager.
• This individual will work closely with sales and client services teams on campaign execution as needed.
• The Individual will provide troubleshooting assistance and guidance for testing and scheduling advertising campaigns, as well as troubleshooting creative and operations-related issues for all campaigns under his/her management.
• The Individual is expected to provide the highest standard of accuracy and quality of work generating the best possible experience for internal and external customers.
• The Individual will learn the basics of DFP account (Google Ad Manager) as part of on the job training.

Essential Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of computers and the internet.
• Basic knowledge of online media domain.
• Essential Competencies - Attention to detail and Ability to follow a streamlined process.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience with Office (Excel in particular) and other basic tools.
• Excellent Communication Skills are a must.

Eligibility :

• MBA/PGDM Marketing, BSC (Math's), BSC IT, BMS (Marketing), B.Com (Honors).
