Toonz Animation is looking for an experienced YouTube Executive who can join immediately. We are assembling a highly motivated team of digital media enthusiasts to handle our YouTube channels.
Responsibilities
As a YouTube Executive at Toonz Animation, you will be an integral part of our team responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our leading kids/entertainment YouTube channels. Your role will involve a wide range of responsibilities to optimise content strategy, enhance audience engagement, and drive growth.
Content Curation and Strategy: Develop and execute a content strategy for Toonz’s YouTube channel, curating a diverse range of animated content that aligns with the company’s brand and resonates with the target audience. Ensure a mix of original productions, behind-the-scenes footage, and collaborations with industry partners.
Audience Engagement and Community Building: Foster engagement within the Toonz community on YouTube by implementing creative initiatives, interactive content, and regular communication. Develop strategies to grow the subscriber base and strengthen the connection between Toonz and its audience through comments, polls, and other interactive features.
Collaborations and Partnerships: Establish and nurture partnerships with animation studios, artists, and influencers to enhance the channel’s content offerings. Facilitate collaborations that bring exclusive and appealing content to the Toonz channel, fostering a sense of community and broadening the channel’s reach.
Monetization and Revenue Generation: Develop and implement strategies to monetize the YouTube channel, exploring revenue streams such as ad revenue, sponsorships, and merchandise. Work towards optimizing ad placements and identifying new opportunities for revenue generation while ensuring a positive viewer experience.
Platform Optimization and SEO: Stay informed about YouTube algorithm changes and industry trends to optimize the Toonz channel’s performance. Implement SEO best practices, leverage metadata effectively, and experiment with new features to enhance visibility and discoverability within the YouTube platform.
Analytics and Performance Tracking: Utilize analytics tools to track key performance metrics, audience demographics, and viewer behaviour. Regularly analyze data to gain insights into content performance, audience preferences, and emerging trends. Use these insights to refine the content strategy, improve viewer engagement, and drive overall channel growth.
