YOUR TASKS

Utility Operation

• Operation of LT Panel, Air Circuit Breaker, Generator and Electrical change over system.
• Operation of Chillers, Air Compressor, Air Drier / CAT Air condition, water pumps, STP, RO Plant.
• Operation & brief knowledge of Transformer , HT Panel VCB
• Operation of FDV, Ventilation equipment’s, AHU’s.

Breakdown Maintenance

• Acknowledgement of Breakdown and act fast without production loss
• Breakdown solving minor and troubleshooting of major breakdown
• Working by his own hands on for all utility breakdowns
• Idea of arranging alternator option in case of any utility equipment breakdown
• Ability to think for root cause analysis, action taken for utility breakdowns
• Spares consumption booking and utility machine history card updating

Spares Management

• Identification of necessary spare parts, consumables for preventive maintenance / servicing of utility critical equipment’s like generator, air compressor etc.
• Maintain inventory for all identified spare parts and consumables
• Timely raising PR and follow up for procurement of spares till received.
• Maintain inventory as per requirement min max stock level.

MIS

• Updating and monitoring of Daily Work Management
• Updating and monitoring of MTTR, MTBF, Equipment availability etc at Shop Floor board.
• Maintaining energy data and analysis on daily basis.
• In case found any abnormality in energy data , report to superior immediately

Other requirements

• Good knowledge of Hydraulic , Pneumatic systems
• Basic Knowledge of electrical faults
• Basic Knowledge of Generators, Compressors, Chillers, AHU & Electric Power Systems.
• Basic knowledge of IATF 16949 & EHS systems
• Ability of independent breakdown analysis, judgment and problem solving

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
• Min 1 - 3 years of relevant working experience on Plant & Utility Maintenance
• Good oral, written communications skills in English & Hindi
