Responsibilities and Duties
– The candidate should be able to search Tenders from various tender portals.
– Participating in all open/Limited Tenders, Preparation of proposals, Preparation to completion of pre-Qualification criteria of the tender.
– Allocation of tenders to sales resources and Maintain Updated Data in Excel sheet.
– He/She Should be able to Create tender documents and manage the tender database.
– Tender discussion with technical & Financial team and co-ordinate according to the requirements of the tender.
– Should Be able to speak to OEMs for product specifications and pricing.
– Should be able to visit at customer end and OEMs for any query.
