  • Act as the Strategic Advisor to the CMD of a large Chemicals organization
  • Work with individual business leaders for tracking developments & growth plans

    • Request

    • Must be an Engineer with an MBA with atleast 12 years of relevant experience in developing strategies and supporting leadership for effective management
    • Experience of Chemicals sector is an added advantage
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
    • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and confidential matters.
    • Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate changing priorities and work demands.
    • Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
