AddressRole/ Job Title:State Head - Cross Sell (SME Loans)
Function/ Department:SME Loans
Job Purpose:
Lead the State business across Cross Sell SME Loans to expand revenue per existing customer.Guide distribution of X-sell products ensuring volume scale-up as per the defined targets. Partner with the Digital Marketing team to increase customer penetration via digital medium, Build and nurture strategic partnerships across key dealers, channel/product partners etc.to increase the penetration of entire portfolio. Improve the performance & quality of portfolio through regular monitoring and providing recommendations for course correction to the Product and Sales teams. Guide the Product team in Cross Sell SME Loans category to provide differentiated offerings and drive business growth. Work with business analytics team to identify potential for x-sell.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Create environment for team to focus on digital enablement to fulfil customer needs holistically
- Drive initiatives to meet Bank's rapid growth targets
- Ensure adherence to selling norms and Standard Operating Procedures defined by the organization
- Acquisition of Cross Sell SME customers in the identified segment
- Meet and exceed the defined targets of new customer acquisitions month on month by analysing transaction-banking needs of the customer.
- Provide regular feedback to Regional Manager on opportunities and customer needs ensure adherence to selling norms and Standard Operating Procedures defined by the organization.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations
- Ensure quality sourcing in line with the Bank's policy
Education Qualification:
Graduation: Bachelor's in Engineering / Technology /Mathematics / Commerce / Arts / Science / Biology / Business / Computers / Management
Post-graduation: MBA
Experience:5 to 10 years experiences in SME loans
