- To receive the engineering and project materials/spares.
- To ensure safety unloading of spares.
- To arrange and store material/spares at proper location with identification for inspection.
- To prepare Good Receipt Note for material received at site on basis of supplier Delivery Challan/Invoice and purchase order.
- To maintain the inward register for tracking of spares and send daily report to all users.
- To forward all documents of received spares along with consignment like duplicate for transport to excise department and invoices to account department.
- To Co-ordinate with concern departments for clearing the GRN.
- To prepare the delivery challan and gate pass for returnable and non-returnable gate pass.
- To monitor issue of capital, spare and consumable material on basis of reservation.
- To maintain the inventory of stock.
- To maintain all the documentation related to spares/material.
- To maintain Environment, Health and Safety in store.
