We can offer you the following tasks
- Project - Bid & Sales Support (preparation of Tender Documents as per Bid).
- Technical Documentation Support - Vendor Documents Compilation (Technical / Operation / Installation / Part Manuals) as per Bid.
- Support Function for IETM (Interactive Electronic Technical Manual) & ILS (Integrated Logistics Support) along with compilation of required documentation from Vendors & subsequent Approvals from Customer & End Customer.
- Resolve the Technical Issue's & problems faced by Customer related to Application Engineering and Documentation.
- Central Contact Point for HQ - AUG for Technical Issue's compilation and getting resolved with corresponding department in AUR for Small Bore Engines.
- Key Role for : ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 documentation and audit responsibilities for department.
- Responsible to comply Customer Queries in short time and to their satisfaction.
- Able to perform multi-task activities related to Project Management.
Job Experience:
- 7-10 year experience in Technical Order Management.
- Project - Bid & Sales Support for Medium and Large Marine Projects.
- Knowledge of Technical Documentation such as Technical / Operation / Installation / Part Manuals compilation for Major Equipment’s.
- Knowledge of IETM (Interactive Electronic Technical Manual) & ILS (Integrated Logistic Support) for Naval Requirements.
- Ability to resolve Technical issue's & problems faced by Customer related to Application Engineering and Documentation.
- Coordination & Leadership Qualities.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001.
- Knowledge in Heavy Equipment Industry preferably in Marine / Automobile Industry Segment.
- Knowledge of Diesel Engines and associated systems preferred.
- Experience of working with Navy / Coast Guard / Government agencies added advantage.
