1. Social Media Monitoring
- Monitor and analyze Social Media platforms to track brand mentions, audience sentiment, and industry trends.
- Utilize social listening tools to gather relevant data and insights.
- Analyze key Social Media metrics, including engagement, reach, impressions, and conversion rates.
- Provide regular reports on Social Media performance, identifying areas for improvement and success.
- Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark our Social Media performance against industry standards.
- Identify opportunities and strategies to enhance our competitive position.
- Develop a deep understanding of our target audience and their behavior on Social Media.
- Provide recommendations for content optimization based on audience preferences and interests.
- Assess the effectiveness of Social Media campaigns and promotions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine strategies based on performance data.
- Create visually compelling reports and dashboards to present Social Media analytics in a clear and actionable format.
- Communicate findings to stakeholders and make recommendations for improvement.

Working Days– Monday to Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturday Off)
Working Timing – 9.30AM to 6.30PM
