Function/ Department:Vigilance.
Job Purpose:
The role of a Vigilance Associate typically involves investigate Whistle Blower and Vigilance assigned cases to complete them within defined timelines and work on various projects. Based on the investigations/review, identify risk and potential gaps in the process and ensure timely implementation /closure of recommendations with concerned stakeholders. To manage and maintain effective communication/liaison with Law Enforcement Authorities and external counsels within defined turnaround time.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure weekly / fortnightly/ monthly/quarterly updates of the tracker & Dashboard to senior management. Maintain, Analyze and Presentation of MIS.
- Create awareness on the top of the pyramid in organization structure about Vigilance To manage and maintain effective communication/liaison with Law Enforcement Authorities and external counsels within defined turnaround time.
- To deal effectively with different internal stakeholders of the Bank.
- Follow-up internally and externally to assure complete accurate event of files & complaint details.
- Identification & investigation of fraud, misconduct/corruption & other such malpractices related to employee. Conducting surprise checks & inspections & coordinating with Law enforcement agency / MHA.
Education Qualification:
Graduation: Bachelor's in Engineering / Technology / Maths / Commerce / Arts / Science / Biology / Business / Computers / Engineering / Management.
Experience:5 to 10 years of Relevant Experience.
