Responsibilities- Collaborate actively with the marketing team to conquer the design process together, understanding project requirements and objectives.
- Utilize design tools like Figma, Illustrator, Corel Draw, Aftereffects, Premier Pro and more to create modern, intuitive wireframes, prototypes, mock-ups, Videos and user experiences that leave a lasting impression.
- Take charge of all creatives across various marketing collateral, such as visually captivating illustrations, whitepapers, presentations, videos, case studies, and more.
- Build flawless marketing landing pages using your expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, working closely with developers to ensure seamless user interactions across all browsers and devices.
- Immerse yourself in user research, gather feedback, and fine-tune designs like a boss to deliver superior user experiences that leave users in awe.
- Put on your directors hat and produce engaging videos, including promotional shorts, product demos, tutorials, testimonials, and more.
- Lead multiple projects like a pro, managing timelines and resources while confidently presenting your creative vision to stakeholders, inspiring their alignment and fuelling their enthusiasm.
- Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
- 5+ years of experience in conceptualizing and designing digital product experiences.
- Degree (or equivalent professional experience) in visual and/or experience design.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Figma Dreamweaver, Corel Draw, After Effects etc.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to code and maintain landing pages.
- Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups using design tools.
- Impressive portfolio showcasing UI design and visual product experience-related projects.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to clearly and effectively communicate your creative vision, concepts, and ideas to stakeholders, internal teams, and clients.
- Well-versed in responsive design principles and best practices.
- Great visual design skills and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Experience in video editing and creating engaging video content.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience leading and managing a creative team to inspire, build teams, delegate tasks, and create a vibrant work environment.
