Innovative Software Engineer with passion for technology and a desire to achieve wanted!
Job Objective –
This role involves development of innovative solutions on our products and will require team work in achieving the company objectives. Suggesting technical solutions and providing support to the team members will be a part of the role apart from implementing solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Development of product modules
- Mentoring and guiding team members
- Code reviews
- Delivery of high quality code
- Deliver the assigned work on the agreed time lines
- Actively participate in both formal and informal meetings and discussions.
- Handling the challenge of tight deadlines.
- Being pro-active by acting before issues become problems.
Work Experience and Skills Required
- More than 4 years of experience in Java development with at least 2 years in handling development work as a senior team member responsible for providing solutions
- Experience in development environment using Java technologies (Struts, Spring, Hibernate, Jboss etc)
- Experience in Drools, Jboss application server or Glassfish application server will be beneficial
- Skills to setup the environment on the required technologies
- Experience in any front end UI implementation (like ExtJS) will be advantageous
