Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
2-3 years' work experience as a Reporting Analyst or Data Analyst in large complex corporations
Proficiency in Tableau and PowerBI, with experience in building complex dashboards and visualizations.
Expert level user of Excel (pivot tables and lookups) and advanced capabilities with balance of MS Office Suite of applications
Strong understanding of HR processes and metrics, preferably with experience in Workday.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to derive insights from data.
Proven track record of successfully managing projects and delivering high-quality solutions on time.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong focus on driving results and continuous improvement.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Ability to handle confidential information
Intermediate to advanced computer skills including MS Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
