AddressSpace 5 is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Architect to join our team. AsSenior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design process of various architectural projects, collaborating with other team members, and maintaining project schedules and budgets. Your primary goal will be to ensure that each project is executed to the highest standard of quality and meets client expectations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage the design process for various architectural projects, from concept to completion
- Work collaboratively with other team members, including architects, engineers, and contractors
- Ensure that all designs meet client expectations, are executed within project schedules, and are within budget constraints
- Utilize design software, including AutoCAD and SketchUp, to produce accurate and detailed drawings and renderings
- Attend client meetings and present design concepts and solutions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques to ensure that our work is innovative and cutting-edge
- Mentor and train junior designers and architects to help them develop their skills and knowledge
- Assist in developing proposals and bids for potential projects
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum 3- 5 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on commercial or residential projects
- Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
