Position description: To manage all the operations pertaining to RC transfer for a given region
Primary Responsibilities:
- Managing the RC transfer process for used cars in a region
- Evaluation & verification of transfer documents
- Management of RC transfer documents & handover to external agency for RC transfer
- Discussing with external agency to confirm the cost involved per case
- Coordinating with External agency to ensure timely transfer of RC
- Resolving all issues related to RC transfer
- Adherence to RC management system, updating the status of cases on regular basis
- Doing Reconciliation of closed cases with concerned stakeholders on periodic basis
- Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Following up with concerned persons in-case of any document unavailable, or any unforeseen issue
- Publishing report or MIS on periodic basis to share updates on open- cases
