Job Purpose
The role of Resource - Product Training (Apparel) will be responsible for handling Product and behavioral Training for the East territory. The incumbent will be responsible for setting the processes which are successful in the Retail industry and keep the business growth momentum intact.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for leading Training need Analysis for dealer staff, planning and conducting Product Training and Behavioral Training, ensuring Training Publications and presentations
- Ensuring adherence to Training Calendar, compiling training Feedback and working out Analysis basis feedback (Monthly Assessment), ensuring training nominations
- Preparing and launching Weekly Micro Learning Videos
- Conducting Weekly Coaching Sessions & Development Program
- Responsible for the Regional Training requirements with focus on Class Room Sessions and On the Job Sessions
- Make Training Publications and training presentations
- Planning, organizing & executing yearly Competence Development Programs
- Develop and streamline processes and manage the entire Training activities.
- Conduct classroom based training, practical and on job training at training centers as well as dealership
- Designing, supervision and coordination of the training related activities and programs for technical and non-technical disciplines, covering service and sales personnel of dealerships.
- Establishing feedback systems to assess effectiveness of training programs and draw vital inputs to enhance value proposition in the training structure.
- Ability to Implement innovative ways of improving knowledge base and skill sets of training program participants, which help in grow the business

- Bachelors in any field

- 4+ years relevant experience in a similar role
