As a rapidly growing company, we are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to play a pivotal role in managing, assisting and coaching our users throughout their hiring process.
Role Description
As a Recruiting Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering a seamless, high-quality experience for all candidates while ensuring an efficient recruiting process through scheduling, candidate communication, and data management. This role offers a great opportunity to shape the SOP and oversee critical aspects of the sourcing and hiring of candidates. We are seeking a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment with a high degree of autonomy.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, communicating with candidates and collecting details.
- Support Ops team in maintaining records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Act as a POC for candidates and coach them for subsequent rounds.
- Send campaigns using email marketing tools to collect details, disseminate information, and align expectations with all candidates Project Manage the entire flow from application to selection and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to resolve any blockers that arise.
