R2R Process Excellence Lead

Requirement for R2R Process Excellence position:

• Master-degree in Finance or equivalent work experience preferred
• Finance professional with preferably ~5-8 years of relevant and in-depth work experience in R2R (processes and systems) and capable of analyzing data and complex processes and issues
• Hands-on mentality related to financial systems (SAP), operational processes and eager to learn

• Preferably work-experience with RPA solutions / AI solutions
• Act as a respected, independent business partner to both internal and external customers
• Ability to work with different cultures and different management styles, and to influence people / teams from remote location
• Strong multi-task, ability to follow-through and attention to details
