Research
Essential:
- Master of Public Health / Psychology / Social work /Sociology/ Nursing/Life Sciences / rural development or related areas
- Second Class Post Graduate Degree, including the integrated PG Degrees with PhD
- Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi & English
- Research experience (one year) in field of emergency care or Qualitative research experience in relevant field will be given priority.
- Experience in working in projects /programs at State level.
- Skills in planning and conducting research/survey related training programmes.
- Candidate must be willing to travel to urban and rural health facilities in the district of Vadodara for data collection.
- Previous of evidence of undertaken Health related field-based data collection.
- Ability to plan, coordinate and conduct field-based survey.
- Qualitative Data Collection
- Monitoring the data collection, consent process, etc.
- Conducting, transcribing and analyzing qualitative interviews
- Work with project coordinator in monitoring all health facilities in the district in assessing the quality of emergency care
- Meeting the stakeholders (district health administrators and health care providers) and explaining the study if needed
- Data analysis, Report writing
- Any additional project related work assigned by the Investigators.
