Job description

Looking back on your first 12 months at Komodo Health, you will have

  • Successfully deliver projects/custom solutions to meet customer commitments within the scheduled timeline and manage all associated delivery milestones.
  • Be the point person for proactively identifying, tracking and managing dependencies and aligned timelines across cross-functional teams to produce high quality deliverables.
  • Resolve blockers to ensure timely delivery of committed projects.
  • Effectively manage stakeholder expectations and maintain communication related to Support and Delivery workstreams.
  • Understand different Agile methodology frameworks and know when to apply each one.
  • Coaching the team(s) on Scrum principles and practices.
  • Ensure that the Scrum process is rigorously followed by the team(s).
  • Conduct Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Standup, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
  • Perform administrative tasks for Jira and Service Desk, including updating the Oz Service Desk intake, managing Jira Automation rules, and providing general Jira admin support for the team, such as Scrum/kanban board maintenance.
  • Responsible for Operational process improvements, including identifying gaps in current processes and proposing optimization strategies. Engage with internal stakeholders to establish efficient workflows and enhance the teams operational effectiveness.
  • Demonstrate the role of a connector, exemplifying cross-functional collaboration between TecSol and internal stakeholders (CX, CI, P/E, Data Product) to enhance efficiency in achieving program goals.
  • Train the team and stakeholders on all relevant processes.
  • Triage of JIRA Service Desk Requests which includes assessing requests for feasibility and completeness.
  • Maintain and publish team metrics and data driven reports (Jira + Google Sheets).

What you bring to Komodo Health:

  • Strong proficiency in Proficiency with Excel / Google Sheets
  • Strong proficiency with Atlassian (Jira Software + Service Management, Confluence) and Google suites
  • Practical understanding of Agile practices, frameworks, and techniques such as Scrum and Kanban methodologies
  • Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating delivery schedules
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical teams
  • Strong organizational skills to assess, analyze, summarize and distribute information across functions and teams
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) (plus)
  • Functional understanding of SQL and use of Tableau (plus)
