- 5+ years' procurement experience, ideally in agri/food commodities.
- A deep interest in sustainability and ESG principles.
- Proven experience in measuring and reporting ESG KPIs for a multinational company.
- Understanding of evolving sustainability regulations.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience working in an international environment.
