Proc. Excellence Specialist -Contracting

What you’ll bring to the role:
• Major accountabilities needs to be in Consultation on Sourcing/contracting activities, on the enterprise system. Process guidance for sourcing/contracting.
• Process Simplification for global governance of enterprise system. Acts as a SPOC between Functional experts and Procurement for process simplifications. Responsible to implement improvements in enterprise system & sourcing/contracting process.
• Assessing current processes: Identifying areas for improvement and resolving root causes of inefficiencies and developing & implementing new more efficient processes/systems.
• In terms of governance Sourcing Events/Contracts search and reporting in enterprise system with insights for leadership. Periodic checks against defined procedures.
• Monitoring and identification of issues or non-compliance cases to ensure Procurement remediates/stops non-compliance and business support with unsolved delivery issues.
• Continuously improving processes, Making ongoing improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.
Desirable Requirements:
• University/Advanced degree in Business Administration/Economics/Finance/Statistics is required or other degree with significant work experience in similar subject areas
• Min 4 years of experience of working in a global environment in a similar position in Procurement space |Pharma domain| and hands on experience in eSourcing tools (e.g. ARIBA, Keelvar, advanced sourcing) eSourcing strategies, contracting excellence with exposure to reporting and analytics tools
