    • Education Background - Strong Mechanical Engineering academic background and a MBA/Equivalent degree in Operations Management
    • Industry and Work Experience - Atleast 20+ years of relevant experience in Alcohol Beverage industry in the functions of Manufacturing/Operational Excellence
    • Strong strategic thinking and vision for Operations is required, with the ability to align technology initiatives with Operations goals.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with Distillery/Plant heads and other stakeholders, both Internal and External
    • Lead as an Operations Analyst and Enabler for Operations Excellence
