Job Description -
1. Should possess knowledge of Welding Arc Processes and advance welding processes.
2. Should be able to Prepare and Review WPS/PQR/WPQ/Consumable TC.
3. Should know how to selection of Welding consumable and preparation of specifications.
4. Should be able to Handle Welding Consumable Estimation and inventory management .
5. Should possess knowledge of ASME Sec. VIII Div 1 & 2, Sec. IX, Sec II Part C, B31.1, B31.3 , IBR and API .
6. Should possess knowledge of Welder Training and Qualification.
7. Should possess In Depth Knowledge of Heat Treatment and Weld Overlay .
8. Should possess knowledge of welding and physical metallurgy of Steel and Stainless steels.
9. Should possess analytical skill for weld repair and identify root cause for weld repair.
8. Should possess knowledge on welding metallurgy.
