Profile: MIS Associate
Position: Full-Time
Job Location: Bestech Business Towers, Mohali
Job Timings: 7:00 PM - 4:30 AM IST (Fixed Night Shift)
Roles and Responsibilities
Format and standardize resumes received from candidates to comply with company standards and client requirements. Ensure consistency in layout, font, and structure while highlighting key skills and experiences.
Utilize MS Excel for data entry, data management, and reporting purposes.
Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets with candidate information, recruitment metrics, and other relevant data.
Enter candidate details, including resumes, contact information, skills, and experience, into databases or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Regularly update and verify candidate records to maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
Review resumes and data entries for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to formatting guidelines before presenting them to recruiters or clients.
Generate reports using MS Excel or other tools to provide insights into candidate databases, application statuses, and recruitment metrics.
Work closely with recruiters and other team members to understand their requirements and provide assistance in organizing candidate information effectively.
Support recruiters by preparing candidate profiles and data summaries as needed.
Maintain organized records of candidate information, communications, and interactions in compliance with data protection regulations.
Qualification:
Proficiency in CV formatting, ensuring consistency and adherence to industry standards.
Strong MS Excel skills, including data entry, spreadsheet management, formulas, and basic analysis.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling large volumes of data.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or other database software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced staffing environment.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
- Understanding of recruitment processes or experience in the staffing industry is a plus.
