As the Part of Export Quality,you will be assigned with Final Inspection Section of HM5V.Purpose of this position is to ensure defect free export product delivery to global market customer.Ensuring Adherance to standard processes & systems of Enhancing Quality.You will be responsible for Outgoing Quality of CKD,SKD,CBU product.Acheiving overall Global Customer Satisfaction.

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:Ensure Export Quality Audits & Inspection as per the Export Quality Audit system against defined plan.

• Acheive Zero KD (Zero Global cutomer complaints)
• Adherance to Export Quality Audit systems
• Export Quality MIS/Report generation
• Ensure closure of process & product issues/deviations
• Analysis on Internal & External (Export market) complaints & initiating action plan accordinlgy
• Benchmarking of Best Practices supporting Zero KD approach
• Excecuting & Monitoring CKD engine testing as per plan
• Excecuting & Monitoring Fuel tank Inspection
• Effective Packaging validations to ensure defect free product delivery
• Smooth deployment of new model (export) as per defined Quality Process

•Execution & Monitoring of several Quality Audits & Inspections as per Export Quality Audit system

• Monitoring & Improvement of the Export processes related to CTL,CTS,CTQ
• Export Quality Manpower handling-Trainning,Absentism control,Multiskilling & related work
• Raising Quality Alerts
• Adherence to Reaction plan for controlling process & product related issues inplant
• Identifying & implementing solutions-Kaizens,Poka Yoke,Digitalization,Industry best practices,Benchmarking
• Communication to Management for the TGW & TGR of Export section
• Monitoring ECN's,IPPT(change management) related to Export models
• Execution & Monitoring of Export new model Inspection processes as per plan

• Graduation/Diploma in Engineering in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.

• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Export Quality-CKD,SKD & CBU,core experience from Two wheeler manufacturing

• Knowledge on CKD,SKD & CBU processes

• Deep kmowledge on Packaging processes , Packaging material
• Deep knowledge on Vehicle Assembly Parts
• Deep knowledge on Vehicle Assembly process
• Knowledge of BOM,SAP ,Part drawings
• PFD,PFMEA,Control Plan,SOP
• Quality Planning
• Analysis & Problem Solving techniques
• Good knowledge on methods of packaging validations
• Audit competency

• Strong interpersonal skills, Conflict resolution

• Effective communication skills, Assertiveness
• Critical thinking & intellectual capabilities to analyse problems
