Leadership position in Formulation / R&D - Skin Care

Ideally, an incumbent is a Pharmacy / Chemistry graduate with 5+ years experience in formulating skin care and cosmetic products. A prospective candidate must have an experience of formulating, developing new products, should have been a part of innovation team earlier along with handling protocols for QA and QC, monitoring checklists, mandates, regulations, checking the documentation & batches for safety. You come with a strategic thought leadership and team management experience.
