Job description

  1. Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
  2. Meeting planned sales goals.
  3. Coordinating with marketing team on lead generating.
  4. Promoting the organisation and products.
  5. Responsible in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  6. Responsible in customer relationship management.
  7. Ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, rewards and individual recognition.
  8. Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses.
  9. Responsible to generate leads and close new deals.
  10. Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met.
  11. Research and build relationship with new clients.
  12. Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
  13. Should have the ability to work in pressure and meet tight deadlines
