Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing and creating visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts for marketing materials, social media, websites, and other platforms.
- Work closely with the design team to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with the company's brand identity.
- Support in developing and executing design concepts, including logos, brochures, banners, infographics, and other visual elements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that design requirements are met and designs are delivered within deadlines.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and techniques to continually enhance design skills and knowledge.
- Help maintain and organize the company's design assets and digital files.
- Assist in editing and retouching images as needed.
- Provide input and ideas to contribute to the creative process and brainstorming sessions.
Essential Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work and creative projects.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines and design specifications.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Creativity, innovation, and a passion for graphic design.
- Knowledge of web design and UX/UI principles is a plus.
- Experience or familiarity with video editing and motion graphics is a bonus
