US IT Recruiter Location - Mohali Experience 1 - 4 yrs Shift- Night Job Requirements ? Must have US IT recruitment experience of 1-4 years & in-depth knowledge of the Recruitment life cycle. ? Must have basic screening skills to maintain the quality of candidates being submitted. ? Must have excellent verbal and written Communication skills. ? Must have worked on IT requirements, as we only work on core IT positions. ? Adept in sourcing quality candidates from LinkedIn, Dice, Monster etc. ? Understand differences in various tax terms like W2, 1099, C2C etc. ? Basic understanding on Immigration concepts like H1B, GC process etc. ? Good to have: Candidate should have experience working with DIRECT CLIENT/s (high tech companies) without any layers. ? Good to have: Prior experience using LinkedIn RPS
