Job description-
Excellent Communication skill in English. To understand and resolve customer queries
accurately. To adhere to the AHT. To ensure routing and escalating queries to correct
department wherever required. To ensure CSAT target is met.
Should be Comfortable to Work From Office.
Required Candidate profile.
Experience in International voice process min. 9 months.
Excellent communicator
Excellent comprehending skills.
Prompt actions towards critical cases.
Location: Mumbai/Pune preferably Mumbai.
