WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE:
• Graduate/Post Graduate/Doctorate degree in Life Sciences/Pharmacy/Medical Sciences or equivalent degree.
• 7 to 11 years experience in drug development, including at least 3 years’ experience in safety or closely related areas of responsibility
• At least 3 years management experience (preferably people management) or demonstrated leadership skills.
• Strong operational and organizational skills
• Ability to mentor and coach
• Strong project management and communication skills.
