Head of Operations, India Connected Living

· Master Degree in Business Management or related discipline / graduate /diploma in engineering with specialization preferably in electronics,
· 15+ years of relevant Experience, of which 5 years in senior operations leadership role.
·Should have managed external partnerships within SLA's, KPI's etc · Have proved expertise in Process management, improvement and streamlining
· Competence in Technology and Project / Program Management experience
