Head BPA, LDC Program

Essential Requirements:
• LDC Program investment of $ 1.1bn 2020-2028. Yearly investment of ~$220m. Operational Excellence: Reliability, timeliness and completeness of budgetary and financial forecasts. Financial information provider in time and shape to support LDC decision making process
• Satisfaction of internal customers with timeliness and depth of financial information provided and strategic assessment
• People, Capabilities, and Management: BPA, LDC leadership and IT satisfaction, retention, and development for diverse profile resources within LDC Finance team.
Desirable Requirements:
• Chartered Accountant or an MBA in finance from a premier institute preferred
• 10-15 years’ experience in budgeting and/or controlling positions in both local country and global central roles.
• Strong Business partnering experience with Global senior team members. Experience designing and operating financial reporting and forecasting systems
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to foster a constructive, yet challenging dialogue with LDC Management team and external partners in Finance, FRA, Tax and BPA
• Strong written and oral communication skills, and ability to clearly present financial data in reports distributed to internal LDC Management and Operations Finance
• Shows strong sense of urgency in solving problems, getting work done, also through others in their coordination role
