Person holding this role is responsible for the Data and AI RegTech GDC Expert labs delivery business of IBM globally focussed on driving modernization, Cloud deployments, migration , event integration etc across. With every enterprise and industry getting unbundled, the new to connect everything and realise value at the intersection of different capabilities in an enterprise is critical. Expectation to have in-depth understanding of how various products and enterprise architectures have/are evolving and position IBM to be able to operate as an orchestrator and integrator of the enterprise of the future. This role is aligned to WW Expert labs mission and part of IBM Software lab Organization.
Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Competency Leader you will
- Responsible for driving /leading profitable growth across Automation portfolio - WW Expert lab engagements.
- Responsible for constantly evolving the Automation portfolios of offerings, client value proposition through the Understanding of Market Trends and partner Offerings
- Responsible for building end to end business transformation capabilities and working not just with IT but also business stakeholders in WW EL organization
- Drive thought leadership and differentiation in the way we go to market as well as in resolving client problems
- Responsible for designing, building and proposing best in class solutions that help create unique differentiation and win market , wallet share
- Driving delivery excellence through implementation of value for clients and driving delivery assurance
- Responsible to work with WW counterparts to proactively generate pipeline/ indirect sales led growth
- Responsible for building and nurturing a high performing team through well designed capability and talent management programmes
- Responsible for practice operations and management
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Total Work Experience of close to 20 years, with good experience in the areas of Data & AI pillar and Growth technologies
- Experience in advising customer in the areas of modernization, cloud integration, migration, Enterprise architectures etc.
- Experience managing large team of consultants, architects and technology specialists
- Should have worked in a fast-paced growth organization and have experience working in a Global Delivery Model .
- Experience in envisaging and coming up with Solution ideas that would differentiate in the market
- Experience working with Stakeholders across a Global organization and the ability to achieve results
- Ambition to drive industry leading growth and build excellence in everything we do
- Ability to take people along and build high performing teams.
- Stewardship to work across federated capabilities and address client needs.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- PMP or any other equivalent certification in Management
- Deep technical expertise on IBM Integration, Platform and Business Automation technologies with ability to envisage customer pain points and come up with offerings which will be the game changer for WW EL business
- Communicate clearly and effectively with all stakeholders
