- Despatch Plan customer weekly/ monthly /quarterly
- Orders entered in the Orderbook
- Keep Record of costs and prices approved customers
- Maintaining Payment terms of approved customers
- Coordinating with Sales and Logistics for Despatches plan and execution
- Local coordination with Courier and Logistics
- Followup with Courier in case of delays
- Customer Portal update and shipment update
- Project management at the factory level and reporting disruptions
- Customer visit handling
Attend all con calls in the evening with Citac and customers 6 pm onwards and minute them.
