ioVista, a leading eCommerce solutions provider, is currently seeking a talented and experienced eCommerce Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role entails performing comprehensive SEO and UX audits for eCommerce websites, ensuring optimal website performance, visibility, and user experience. As an eCommerce Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients’ online presence and driving organic traffic and user engagement to their websites.
- Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough SEO audits of client websites to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze keywords, website architecture, internal linking structure, and URL structure for optimal search engine visibility.
- Identify technical SEO issues such as crawl errors, duplicate content, Core Web Vitals, and broken links.
- Monitor competitors’ SEO strategies, analyze their strengths and weaknesses, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide recommendations for website improvements, including site speed optimization, mobile optimization, and user experience enhancements.
- Analyze website navigation, information architecture, and user flow to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Identify usability issues, conversion barriers, and areas of friction on client websites and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Provide recommendations to enhance user experience, user interface, and overall website usability.
- Perform competitive analysis to understand industry benchmarks and identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an SEO Analyst or similar role, preferably in an eCommerce environment.
- Solid understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- Knowledge of UX best practices, responsive designs, user-centered design and user behavior analysis.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, etc.
- Familiarity with web development technologies and HTML/CSS/JavaScripts.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex SEO and UX concepts to clients and team members.
