Job description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Taste Testing: Try out all the recipes listed on the menu to ensure quality and taste standards
2. Recipe Optimization: Identify and rectify any discrepancies or missing elements in recipes to enhance their flavor and presentation
3. Portion Size Determination: Decide on the appropriate portion sizes for each serving, balancing customer satisfaction with cost-effectiveness
4. Collaboration with Cooking Team: Work closely with the cooking team to implement the optimized recipes, ensuring consistency and quality in preparation
5. Provide training and guidance to the cafe staff on how to prepare dishes according to the optimized recipes, ensuring they are well-equipped to maintain quality and consistency after the internship concludes
