Address About the job: • Collaborate with designers, business teams, and development teams across the lifecycle of evolving the concept for a user experience project, creating its content strategy, testing the prototype or end-product. • Create the content strategy for a user experience project, define content goals, and also create the content copy • Drive the tone of voice for the user experience/product language • Write user interface text that facilitates user navigation, as well onboarding, promotional content such as email campaigns, error messages, and other components of the end-to-end user experience. • Participate in user research and user testing, gather insights that inform the content strategy • Create guidelines and style guides for content creators • Create content marketing copy for promotional campaigns, end-user adoption, and change management initiatives within Infosys • Experience with working with CMSes such as Drupal, SharePoint etc. is an added benefit • Experience with chatbots, virtual assistants and AI-driven apps is an added benefit as well
Requirements: • Min 5 years of relevant writing experience for digital and mobile interfaces and websites • Excellent command on English vocabulary and the nuances of voice and tone • Analytical skills with an ability for problem finding and root cause analysis • Demonstrated ability to apply design thinking • Ability to collaborate and influence (with and without formal authority) business stakeholders, designers and development teams. • Focus on collaborating to achieve outcomes • Ability to plan and manage projects with minimal guidance and thrive in ambiguity. • Excellent critical thinking, presentation and communication skills
Education: Min Bachelor’ s Degree in Communications, Journalism, Technical Writing, UX, HCI, or equivalent practical experience. Locations India – Bangalore (preferred), Hyderabad
