Civil Coordinator - ITC Fatmawati

Job Descriptions :

• Create design concepts for building renovation (existing building, commercial and residential building.
• Create detailed drawings of related designs.
• Create RAB and BQ from related designs.
• Periodically supervise the implementation of construction.
• Assisting the marketing team in preparing layout drawings and 3D ilustrations.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor Degreen in Architect Major
• Minimum 2 year of experience in consultant /developer
• Mastering 2D and 3D software (AutoCAD, Sketchup), rendering software (Vray / Lumion, visual software ( photoshop / Iilustrator)
• Computer literate (MS.Office)
• Creative and have a good design sense
