Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior product management role within the collections, debt recovery, or financial technology sector.
Strong understanding of collections and debt recovery processes, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
Demonstrated success in developing and launching products that address specific industry challenges. Experience of building Saas platforms is desirable.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, technology, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA) is a plus.
