Business Analyst – Delhi

Job Responsibility:

• Develop and maintain databases, reports and dashboards for efficient business decision making.
• Ability to work directly on databases to provide data analytical queries to Management and MIS for effective management review Interpreting Data, Analyzing results using large data sets on Analytical Tool.
• Individual will be expected to have understanding of Capital markets business
• Support business development and new analytics solution development activities
• Conceptualize, develop and maintain reusable audit analytics tools and supporting the team for audit analytics.
• Manage Data from diverse sources.
• Analyze financial data and market trends to identify opportunities for product enhancements and optimizations.
• Perform data-driven research to support decision-making, risk assessment, and pricing strategies.
• Work closely with process owners to streamline operations, reduce friction, and enhance efficiency.
• Strategically prioritized and planned roadmaps for major enhancements across 8 stakeholders, including Credit & Operations, Risk, Customer Experience, Marketing, and Sales function.
• Developed comprehensive product plans, implemented agile methodologies and delivered over 5 + AOP projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Cut disbursement time by 1 hour per case through better handling across 5+ departments, lowered fraud by 10% with BFL’s OCR, and enabled loan auto closure via Pennant’s Top-Up API.
